Stover has been a web designer since 1998. She received her bachelor's degree in anthropology from University of California, Santa Barbara and her master's degree in anthropology from California State University, Northridge. She is a Certified Internet Webmaster, a member of the HTML Writer's Guild, the International Webmaster's Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
